Testimonials

Very good thorough Job, tidy work, the UPVC locking mechanism had broken, Dan showed up on time and repaired it. All fixed and working properly. Thx!

Very professional job and nice personable friendly lads. Chris fitted a new gear box on my floor door and also offered to service the back door too to prevent any future issues. He realigned the door so it shuts much easier than before. Very impressed with professionalism and very pleased with work carried out. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Replaced one lock and serviced/ fixed two others. Very knowledgable and professional. Did a great job, let me know the options and costs. I’d definitely use again and recommend.

Was locked out couldn’t be happier with service very efficient, very polite and cleaned up any mess was if hadn’t been out brilliant service.

I’ve had a mul-t-lock padlock on my garage for 20 years, its survived dozens of attempted break in’s. Unfortunately I had lost my key and had no way of breaking in bar damaging the door. I explained my situation to Dan over the phone and he said he’d struggle getting to me but would try between jobs. He got to my garage which is an hour away from my home just in time to grind the shackle off my lock. Whilst I sorted the garage out over the course of an hour he took the broken lock, finished his previous job then rebuilt my lock and supplied 2 new keys. Brilliant price too would highly recommend.

Repaired lock on existing door. The guys are amazing, top quality materials used and very thorough. Highly recommend!

Came home from shopping had lost my keys to composite door, Northern Locksmiths arrived 20 minutes after my call, picked the lock and had me in side within 5 minutes. Was really impressed great service and would highly recommend, amazing value for money.

Absolutely fantastic service! Lovely lads met us at our door after we lost our keys on holiday and did the job within a few minutes at a brilliant price and no damage to our door. We couldn’t have asked for a better service, I would highly recommend!

Amazing service, arrived really quickly and was able to sort the mess I made with the lock. Even able to fix the problem which caused the issue in the first place. Really friendly and great service. Highly recommend.

Key stuck in composite door, Northern Locksmiths were able to come out the following day, a faulty cylinder meant this has to be replaced but this issue was sorted on the day. Explained and showed me what the issue was, very happy with the work performed.

Dan came out in the allotted time that was said, even though the job turned out to be more complicated than previously thought he gave me a full and thorough explanation at every stage, both him and the lad that was with him were meticulous in their work and tidying up the price was very reasonable for the amount of work carried out and parts that had to be sourced i would definitely recommend them and use this company again.

Fantastic service, lads explained everything to my elderly mam, the job was more complicated and although they didn’t have the parts themselves because it was for a older door fitting, they managed to locate some in stock else. Highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate in using them again.
